To be able to order in this shop you need a personal login code.

You can ask for a personal login code by e-mail. Please write down your name and company information and website.  After approval you’ll receive a personal login code as soon as possible. 

prices

Prices are visible after you login on the website. All prices exclude VAT and other costs like shipping costs.
The retail prices (include VAT), mentioned in the product information, are recommended retail prices that we ask you to adhere to.

order conditions

-  The minimum order amount is €50,- excluding Vat and shipping costs.
-  Sales occur exclusively to (web)shops registred at the Chambre of Commerce.
-  Products are exclusively sold for resale in the shops for which the account is requested.
-  Products offered by set may not be sold separate.

Stock & lead time

In this webshop we try to keep the stock of each product up to date. When a product is in stock, we aim to ship within 5 working days after payment. If a product ran out of stock and it wasn’t mentioned online, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

Most products can be ordered even though they’re out of stock. Most probably a new manufacturing round is already on the way. In that case delivery lead time may vary and will be stated on the invoice.
We’ll delay shipment until we can send out the complete order. If you’d rather have your order shipped in two batches, please get in touch.

Payment methods

You can pay by iDeal (NL), Bancontact/MisterCash (BE), PayPal or bank transfer (payment in advance).
It’s also possible to choose to pay cash on pick up at our studio. Please make an appointment in advance.  

returning products

We do not take back ordered products, damaged products excluded.  
Please always contact us in advance before you return a product.
